1. Rimbaud is a Nordic artists’ society which gives its members the opportunity to show their work in group-exhibitions. Also Rimbaud wants to develop a network between the artists.
2. Rimbaud represents video-artists, glass-artists, pictorial artists, ceramists, audio-artists, photographers, sculptors, installation-artists, musicians, etc.
3. Rimbaud shows a wide section of art within the many facets of contemporary visual art. It is important that the works challenge and enrich the audience with the medias own ability to create meaning. Rimbaud wants to show art that is present.
4. Rimbaud shows art where there is a high sense of the media and the media’s characteristica. Rimbaud wants to show more traditional art as well as new and experimenting art. It is important that the work of art has soul and spirit.
5. Rimbaud urges its members to cooperate and establish connections across their own media and established practice.
